In order to practice hygienic one must take shower at least twice a day for people that sweat a lot. Other than that, wearing clean underwear also help in treating it. Refrain from sexual activity until the infection is cured.

Another approach is using natural remedies. You can take coconut oil, garlic or oregano oil supplements or increase your consumption of yogurt in your daily diet will help in treating male yeast infection.
